Each smart tag must be activated once by the recipient to use Lost & Found. Exactly at this activation, your CTA is displayed – 100% of activations see your message.

Do I need my own landing page or IT?

No. You define your CTA directly in the SilentLink dashboard – sweepstakes, discount code, appointment link, review. No infrastructure, no development needed.

Your personal contact guides you through setup and is available for questions.

What call-to-actions can I set up?

You define your CTA freely in the dashboard: sweepstakes participation, discount code, appointment booking (e.g., Calendly link), Google review, newsletter signup, product catalog link, WhatsApp contact and more.

How does lead generation work?

Optional: At activation, the recipient can actively agree to be contacted (checkbox: 'Yes, [your company] may contact me'). Only with explicit opt-in do you receive contact data. Without consent, data is only used for Lost & Found – fully GDPR compliant.

Do recipients need an app?

No. The QR or NFC tag is simply scanned with the smartphone camera. No downloads, no barriers. Works on all modern smartphones.

What's the value for the recipient?

Lost & Found protection: If lost, the finder can make contact via the tag – without personal data being visible. For keys, pets, luggage. That's real benefit, not advertising.

What products are available?
